Welcome to Mixing Bowl Treats! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Orders must be placed at least 3 weeks in advance.
   
• Custom orders require clear details on design, flavors, and quantities.
   
• We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect order info provided by the customer.
   

• All payments must be sent in full to secure your order!

• All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE
   
• We accept:  PayPal, Credit Card, Zelle
   
• Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
  
   

• Pickup time and location must be scheduled in advance.
   
• We are not liable for product condition after the scheduled pickup time.
   
• Delivery may be available within [insert area/radius] for an additional fee.
   

• Products are made in a kitchen that uses dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts.
   
• We do not guarantee allergen-free products.
   
• Customers with severe allergies should not consume our treats.
   

• Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, shape, and decoration may occur.
   
• We do our best to match your requested design but exact replication is not guaranteed.
   

• We reserve the right to photograph our work and share it on social media or for marketing purposes.
   

Mixing Bowl Treats is not responsible for:

• Damages after pickup or delivery
   
• Allergic reactions
   
• Mishandling of products by the customer
