 We recommend placing your order at least 3-4 weeks in advance. Custom and large orders may require more lead time depending on complexity and availability.

All payments are due in full within 48 hours of the order confirmation and are non-refundable. 

 Yes! We offer local delivery within 15 miles of 60073 for an additional fee. Pickup is also available by appointment. 

Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Share your theme, colors, or inspiration photos when ordering—we’ll work with you to create something one-of-a-kind.

 Please note that our treats are made in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

 At this time, we do not offer shipping, but we’re happy to help with local pickup and delivery options.
